The role

You'll be one of the first team members in Spain with a start in 2021 located in Madrid, working together in expanding Teamtailor in the Spanish market 🚀 The team will work with both collective and individual sales goals to reach on a monthly and quarterly basis.

In the role as New Business Sales Executive at Teamtailor you will be responsible for the whole sales process - from the beginning to the end. You'll work with B2B new sales towards different companies in a wide range of sizes and branches. You'll cold call, book your own meetings where you demonstrate the Teamtailor solution, and also onboard your customer in the tool.

Who you are

  • Experienced in B2B sales (preferably in the HR industry: software, recruitment, consultancy)
  • Can call anyone and book a meeting over the phone 
  • Someone who takes ownership of their own budget and goals 
  • Can maintain high activity, motivate and challenge yourself
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
