About the team
As one of the first Sales Development Representatives (SDR)Ā you will beĀ helping build the new Sales Development team. š The Sales Development team is aĀ crucial componentĀ in theĀ company'sĀ growth and presents an exciting opportunityĀ for a professionalĀ to learn and develop their career in software sales.Ā As a high-growth company, there are manyĀ opportunities for internal growth and career development.
About the roleĀ
As a SDR, you are a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with prospective customers and bringing sales leads. Whether connecting by phone, email or other mediums, SDR's are a brand ambassador and make a positive impression to prospective customers. Your goal is to create a great customer experience by being an expert and consulting with customers to identify their needs and pain points.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous sales development or salesĀ experience (preferably SaaS/B2B but not a requirement).
- Curious and eager toĀ learn, grow and give/receive feedback.
- A self-starter that can contact anyoneĀ booking meetings over phone, email or social.
