Payroll Administrator

We're now looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the Finance department and be part of our journey of painting the world pink! You will join our HQ in Stockholm, report to our Accounting Manager, and also work closely with our HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall payroll delivery at Teamtailor AB and potentially also include foreign subsidiaries. You are going to be our first employee working with payroll as your main area of responsibility, so it's important that you have a structured work approach, the ability to manage complex process flows and deliver administrative services with high quality.

As a Payroll Administrator at Teamtailor - you will also:

• Maintain employee- and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control) 
• Prepare payroll administration for statutory elements (i.e. vacation, sickness, parental leave, etc.)
• Prepare and deliver reports and statistics
• Be the main point of contact for all payroll related questions
• Keep up to date with current legislation changes
• Prepare manual payroll calculations
• Perform any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Is this you?

• You have a relevant educational background 
• You have 1-2 years experience from a similar role 
• You have great communication skills
• You are an advanced user of Excel 
• You are fluent in English. Swedish is a plus ✨
