About the role and the Partnerships team

As a Partner Account Manager, you'll be a part of a global journey to build and strengthen our partner ecosystem of referral & reseller partners. You'll build close relationships with our partners worldwide and impact Teamtailor's growth on the global stage. As the 3rd (!) Partnership team member, you'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships and help build the team from scratch. 

The role can be based in our Stockholm HQ or in our London office, nonetheless, you'll be working with partners globally.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Generate a qualified pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Generate new sales and business through partner opportunities
  • Manage and build long term business relationships to create win-win-win situations
  • Overall responsible to drive revenue growth through partnerships
  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with partnerships
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service

  • Successful track record from working with both sales and partnership programs 
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Passion for consultative sales, marketing, and business development, with a firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
  • Intellectually curious, tech-savvy, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed negotiation skills and a customer-obsessed orientation
  • Well-articulated and a passionate communicator who's fluent in English. (Swedish 🇸🇪, French 🇫🇷 or Spanish 🇪🇸 is a bonus🥳)
