As one of the first Sales Development Representatives (SDR) you will be helping build the new Sales Development team. The Sales Development team is a crucial component in the company's growth and presents an exciting opportunity for a professional to learn and develop their career in software sales. As a high-growth company, there are many opportunities for internal growth and career development.
As an SDR, you are motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with prospective customers and bringing sales leads. Whether connecting by phone, email, or other mediums, SDRs are brand ambassadors and make a positive impression on prospective customers. Your goal is to create a great customer experience by being an expert and consulting with customers to identify their needs and pain points.
You will be increasing our Spanish sales development team, to really make Teamtailor the leader in the market, making it the go-to employer branding platform in Spain and other regions.
✌️ This is you
👨🏻💻 Previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales.
🕵🏻♀️ Comfortable contacting anyone and booking a meeting over the phone or by email.
💪Can keep high activity and motivate yourself & has the drive to always exceed.
🇬🇧🇪🇸 Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
You'll be part of our team based in Madrid and Barcelona and we expect your help building the Spanish team. We are looking forward to learning more about you and getting to know you better 👋🏼
