Are you a natural leader with a great track record? Then you might be the right person for this role. We are now looking for an operational Sales Team Lead for one of our Swedish sales teams based here in the Stockholm office. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing journey and keep building and developing our great sales force 🔥
Key tasks in the role:
- Responsible for your team's results
- Development of sales representatives (coaching, training, 1-2-1, setting targets/KPI's, on-boarding etc.)
- Setting the example of culture & values
- Part of the Sales Management team
Is this you?
- Worked in a similar role at a B2B SaaS or/and recruiting industry
- Management experience
- Get things done – a pragmatic doer
- Coaching personality
- Flexible
- Want to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
