In this role you will report to the CFO and work closely with Management Team on a strategic level when it comes to setting commercial targets, planning commission schemes for different markets and customer segments etc.
Operationally, you will actively drive and improve the commission model and process. Carry out monthly calculation of commissions. Communicate, educate and support commission related questions.
Analyze sales data to propose actions for improving sales efficiency and win-rate. Package and present analyses. Carry out ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and updating of sales-related key metrics. Assist in periodical sales forecast and follow-up process.
Even though this role initially entails no personell responsibility, we are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership in his/her past experiences. As we expect the Revenue Operations Manager will develop further the Revenue Operations function.

Who you are:
Academic background in business administration, industrial economics or similar
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of work experience in either management consulting, sales controlling or business operations.
In order to succeed in this role, you need to have both an analytical approach and a commercial mindset.
You are customer oriented and have strong communication skills and a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Extensive experience of both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as work tools. Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus). Experience with CRM Hubspot is a plus.
