Now, we’re expanding our Customer Support Team, and are looking for an additional Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent!
As part of Team Support, you will be responsible for the most important (!) communication we have - the one towards our existing users. Today we are known for having exceptional customer service and we strive to give our customers better support than they even thought was possible.
You will be working mainly in our live chat (Intercom), but we do handle emails and the occasional phone call as well. Proof of our high quality is our average response time of 2 minutes AND a “happiness rating” of 98%.
That’s right, we go for either 🤩 or 😃 in each and every contact, and currently, over 90,000 recruiters all over the world use our web service on a daily basis.
What you will do:
- Give exceptional service to our customers in our support channels
- Focus on technical problem solving/troubleshooting and work closely with our tech team with product improvement
- Collect feedback from customers and package it to our product department team for further development
- Proactively reach out to our customers to provide support
- Create self-service support material
- Work with the rest of the team to create a best-in-class support
Who you are:
- A tech-savvy person who is comfortable around technology
- A top-class communicator and listener
- Service-minded and analytical with a hunger for continuous learning
- Fluent, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English
- Previous experience working with Customer Support
- Experience working for a SaaS Company will be considered a plus
The position is based in our Stockholm office.
