We have recently created a new department Digital Growth with the mission to further digitalize the customer experience, bring data into the core of decision making and create the foundation for accelerated yet financially sustainable global growth. The department consists of four teams of highly experienced and multicultural members that work together towards the common mission - the Data, CRM, Web and Performance Marketing teams.

We are now expanding and looking for a skilled and experienced data analyst to join our Data team. You will work with large datasets, using both Python and SQL to extract and analyze the information. This role involves developing and maintaining BI dashboards for various business use cases, and communicating the findings and insights to key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and build predictive models for various business use cases.

Skillset you have:

• Experience in Python and SQL
• Experience in BI dashboard development for business use cases
• Knowledge in Machine Learning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work independently to find solutions and perform tasks with no or little supervision
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles/field
• Fluent in English written and spoken

Good if you also have:

• Experience working with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in working with multicultural teams
• Experience working with startup and scale-up companies
