We're now looking for a Junior designer to be a part of our amazing Marketing Team. With support from our Brand Designer you will contribute with your exceptional craftsmanship to deliver best-in-class designs to help spread the spirit of the Teamtailor brand across the world 💖 You will report to our CMO and work closely with our Brand Designer & Creative Director to move and execute with speed. Sounds pretty fun right? 🤓

Who are we looking for?

- You have 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the design field in a similar role.
- You are a creative doer who likes to pay attention to even the smallest details.
- You are able to show off your design skills with a sparkling portfolio.
- You like to take full ownership of your work and takes responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
- You are great with planning and managing your time and are familiar with all visual design stages from concept to execution. 
- You are a person with creative integrity, independence of judgement and a great team player. 
- You have great interest in being up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, technology and the world around you.
- You are an excellent communicator in both Swedish & English
- You have significant proven working experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign
- A plus + if you also have some experience with motion design & animation.

What you will do: 

- Create digital designs for social media, digital ads, email banners, presentations etc.
- Design material for events, fairs and other fun happenings (roll-ups, flyers, brochures, merchandise etc) 
- Have a lot of fun & grow you skills with a supportive and talented team by your side ✨
