About the role

We're now looking for a Technology Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team. As a Technology Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you will work closely with our technology partners. You will be the link between our partners and cross-department internally. 

You would own the new/existing integration planning and support sales and customer success team to ensure a great experience for partners and customers. Together with Team integrations and Team partnerships, you'd be leading the projects of designing, building new integrations, and maintaining and improving our existing integrations.

Who you are

You're a product person who loves building and improving products using previous experience, customer feedback, and user insights. We do not expect you to be hands-on technically, however, you should have a solid grasp of technical concepts to explain and discuss technical aspects on a high level with internal stakeholders and partners. 

Your key responsibilities will be to: 🤓

• Documentation of existing partner integrations
  
• Project management for updating and building new integrations.
  
• Attend meetings and support integration developers on integration projects
  
• Plan and decide on new projects for cycles together with Team Integrations & Partnerships
  
• Educate sales & CSM teams on Partner integrations
  
• Support Revenue and Customer teams on partner-related questions needed for expansion or new sale opportunities
