We are currently searching for a German speaking Customer Support Agent to join our well-established team in Stockholm. As part of our Customer Support Team, your primary responsibility will be engaging with our existing users, a crucial aspect of our communication efforts. We take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and aim to surpass customer expectations. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated by our impressive average response time of 2 minutes and a customer satisfaction rating (CSAT) of 98%.
Our goal is to guarantee an exceptional experience for every user, resulting in smiles all around. 🤩
As part of the team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple support channels, including live chat (Intercom), email, and occasional outbound phone calls.
- Excel in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting, working closely with our skilled tech team to resolve challenging cases.
- Advocate for customer feedback and ensure it is forwarded to our product team for continuous improvement.
- Develop informative self-service resources to empower our customers.
- Collaborate closely with the entire team on exciting cross-departmental side projects, enhancing the support experience to an unparalleled level.
As the ideal candidate:
- You possess fluent written and spoken skills in both German and English, effortlessly communicating with precision and clarity.
- Your customer support experience has been extensive, particularly within the SaaS industry.
- An analytical mindset propels you, constantly pursuing insights and embracing ongoing learning.
- You excel in delivering exceptional service and have excellent proficiency in technology.
