Global hiring runs on Teamtailor, the category leader trusted by thousands of companies and recruiters
Teamtailor is the hiring platform that powers company growth. Our end-to-end hiring platform powers 250,000 monthly active users across 12,000 customers in 90 countries worldwide. Our users hire more than 1 million people per year via our platform, representing ~1% of all hires in Europe and North America. Our mission is to continue building the global category leader for hiring people.
Teamtailor is growing rapidly, currently at 600 people across 25 offices in 6 continents and scaling with hundreds of new customers per month. At the same time, we are undergoing a fundamental transformation in how we build the product and build the company - operating, organising and executing in new ways with use of AI.
We work with AI in three layers: Building AI into the product, building the product with AI, and building the company with AI.
Our goal with AI is to empower every single employee to accelerate what we do best - delivering exceptional experiences to our users, customers, and candidates.
We offer a unique opportunity to be part of a transformational journey - building the next generation of how a fast-moving scale-up operates.
What you’ll do
Teamtailor operates with three functions: Product, GTM and Operations. As a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will be embedded within the GTM and Operations organisation to work alongside project teams and senior leaders to design, build and implement autonomous, multi-agent workflows.
We will be intentional with how and where we apply AI. The idea is not to deploy AI everywhere, but to create leverage where it matters and enable our employees to do their best work.
You will be part of the Corporate Development team that runs projects across the GTM and Operations organisation. You will also be part of a broader group that leads how we continue to build Teamtailor with AI and help craft our AI-native playbook.
Responsibilities
Sit with teams in GTM and Operations to learn workflows deeply
Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations
Help evaluate and build new tools, agents, automations and skills tailored to each workflow
Coach and partner with each function through a progressive journey: from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation and self-sufficiency
Process map and identify patterns across our organisation and systematically scale what works
Document tools, playbook and transformation projects so more teams can access and use each other’s work
Share wins within the organisation to build momentum, inspire and celebrate success
Who you are
You might be doing this today: building products as a full-stack developer, shipping internal tools as an AI engineer, running cross-functional projects in ops or strategy, automating workflows in RevOps, or advising companies on how to get value from AI. The common thread: you build things that change how people work.
You are a deep AI practitioner. You build agents, automations and tools fluently. You have built things that changed how real work gets done. You can build in real time alongside the people you support.
Deep knowledge in how a fast-moving scale-up operates and grows
Bias toward action and speed. You'd rather show someone a working proof-of-concept on their own deliverable today than present a polished deck about what's theoretically possible next quarter
You are a pattern recogniser. When you build something that works for one person, you immediately see how it applies to others. You think in systems, not one-off solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity. This is a new team building a new operating model
Minimum requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a role requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations or workflows that transformed real processes
Track record of coaching, teaching or enabling others (formally or informally)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfort working across multiple domains, work streams and relationships simultaneously
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, workflow automation platforms, API integrations)
Experience building and scaling internal tools, playbooks or templates that were adopted beyond your immediate team
Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs
