Hi, hi! So nice to have you here 👋

I’m Luisa, Partnership Manager for Spain.

I joined Teamtailor back in April 2021 as an Account Executive for the Spanish and Latam markets and what a journey it’s been since then! Over the years, I’ve had the chance to learn a lot, take on new challenges and grow together with the company 🩷

In 2026, I started a new chapter at Teamtailor, moving into Partnerships and leading our partner strategy for Spain. After several years in Sales, I’m really enjoying building relationships from a completely different perspective and finding new ways to create value together with our partners.

If you ask me what the best thing about Teamtailor is I won’t be very original: the people 🫶🏻 You’ll probably hear this from many of us, but there’s a reason for that! The people here really make the difference.

And of course, having a product you truly believe in makes everything even better. After all these years, I still love talking about Teamtailor and everything we can do.
