Hello, hello!

My name is Brian and I joined Teamtailor in October '24 to lead revenue expansion as the Area Manager, North America. I've been building, scaling and leading teams for the past 20 years in the Chicago tech space.

My time here has been second to none- truly. The "driver" vs. "passenger" mindset starts at the top with our exec-leaders and is reflected in each new teammate we add. Some companies talk about culture in job descriptions, others may even craft core values designed to promote it. Teamtailor is one of the very few (imho) that genuinely lives and breathes what they broadcast. I never tire of having partners, prospective customers and customers visit the office and tell us things like, "Ok, so you guys really are who you say you are on Linkedin. How refreshing!" Hire exceptional people, let them shine, and your customers will thank you. Culture drives all of our success and it couldn't be a more simple formula to follow: Happy team + happy users= GROWTH!

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with family, cooking, or attending any live music/comedy/sporting event I can find in the greatest city on planet earth, Chicago!
