Hi there! 

Welcome to my profile. I am Lluis, the Scale Up Team Manager, responsible to grow and strengthen the Sales Department, mainly via the hiring and onboarding of new and existing sales account executives.   

Previously, I worked as a Senior Sales Manager responsible for the emerging markets or as we referred to it internally, the ROW Team (Rest Of the World). Our main mission was to expand our customer base and brand awareness towards the Baltics, Benelux, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. We use to describe ourselves as the start-up within the scale-up.

I began my TT journey in 2019 as employee #89. I was hired as a Sales and Business developer for the Spanish-speaking markets and became Team Manager shortly after. January 2024 I took on the role of Senior Sales Manager and, 6 months after, the Scale Up Team initiative came forward. Exciting new chapters!! 

During my spare time, I love nature, reading, exercising, and having good banter with friends and family. I am also learning "how-to-dad".
