Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and securing new business.
• You will manage the full sales cycle, working with either Mid-Market or Enterprise customers, depending on team allocation and business requirements.
• Source and qualify leads through outreach methods like cold calling, cold emailing, and using social networks such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools
• Continuously develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding
We are looking for someone with:
• Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline & forecasting.
• Prior experience in B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
