We are hiring a senior finance leader to take ownership of Group accounting and consolidation, financial reporting and tax processes across multiple jurisdictions. This role reports to the CFO and will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate financial reporting, ensuring robust controls, and scaling accounting operations to support continued international growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and own the end-to-end group accounting and consolidation process, including intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closes across all entities.

• Own the preparation of consolidated group financial statements (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow), ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

• Define, implement and enforce group accounting policies and key accounting judgments (e.g. revenue recognition, accruals, FX), ensuring consistency and strong financial governance across the organisation. 🔒

• Lead statutory reporting and audits, and own group tax compliance including corporate income tax, VAT, payroll taxes and transfer pricing governance, in collaboration with external advisors.

• Design, implement and maintain robust internal controls aligned with public-company standards, supporting audit readiness and strong financial governance.

• Own the accounting governance of NetSuite, including chart of accounts, system rules and reporting structures, ensuring scalable and high-quality financial reporting. 💡

• Provide accurate and insightful financial reporting to leadership, partnering closely with FP&A to ensure alignment between accounting outcomes and business performance. 📊

• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, People and external advisors to ensure seamless processes and support strategic business initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in group accounting, external reporting or audit within a multi-entity, multinational environment—experience in SaaS or technology companies is highly desirable. Public company background is an advantage.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS and local GAAPs, with demonstrable experience preparing consolidated financial statements and disclosures.📑

• Experience managing external audits, supporting tax filings and working with outsourced accounting or shared service partners.

• Track record of implementing process improvements, automation and systems (ERP, consolidation tools or reporting platforms) to increase efficiency and control.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing senior leaders and working across multiple functions and cultures.🤝

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining control and accuracy.
