We are recruiting a Corporate Development Associate to become part of a small team to work on high-priority tasks across the company and solve complex problems on our mission to power millions of hires globally and turn HR into Heroes.

About the role

• Lead high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals

• Enjoy great autonomy allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them

• Report to the management team and collaborate with teams across Teamtailor

• Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions such as sales, marketing, product and finance

About you

• 2-6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking)

• Track record of being a top perfomer in multiple areas

• Logical and structured thinker

• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work

• Get things done, operate fast and are relentless

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Degree in finance, business or engineering from a leading university
