  • Each Sales Manager has a team of 8-10 Full Sales Cycle AE's

  • Teamtailor is Industry Agnostic so we do not target a specific industry. Our AE's have endless possibilities when it comes to selling our software

  • We provide a structured 4 week training with a dedicated Onboarding Training Specialist and a Product Coordinator that are available for any questions throughout your onboarding journey when you join us!

  • Teamtailor offers uncapped commission to all of our AE's.

    Every 6 months we have an additional 10% bonus when you hit above 110% of your Quota

  • Sales Executives receive comprehensive support to ensure their success and growth. This includes product trainings to keep them well-informed about our offerings, sales webinars that provide insights into industry trends and best practices (we recently had a session with Tom Boston), and a buddy system where new team members are paired with experienced colleagues for guidance and mentorship. 

    Additionally, we share monthly sales tips & tricks, offering actionable strategies to enhance performance and close deals effectively.
