Armed with a psychology degree, a SHRM-SCP certification, and over a decade of experience in HR Business Operations and Workforce Planning, she is passionate about helping businesses optimize their talent acquisition strategies and build lasting employee relationships. Outside of the office, Vanessa loves any outdoor activity, including hiking and swimming. She is also a massive dog lover and spends her free time volunteering with local animal shelters and rescues.
