Welcome on my profile 🤩

I am Lucille, the first Frenchie at Teamtailor. 

After working as a Sales for a year and starting building up Teamtailor's notoriety in France, I have been in charge of growing the team in sales and operations (marketing, partnerships, customer success), as the Country Manager France 🇫🇷. Since 2024 I share the role of Head of Sales with Amanda and now help growing new, emerging and mature markets 🚀

I am also very involved on the fascinating topic of diversity and inclusion 🌎

I love 🧀and 🍷of course, and on my spare time I discover the beautiful nature of Sweden 🇸🇪... if I'm not 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️
