We’re a small, experienced team building Aboard with Rails 8, Ruby 3.4, Hotwire, ViewComponent, Tailwind CSS, and AI powered by ChatGPT. We’re growing and looking for people to help shape the product and how we build it.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience (Rails 7+ preferred), with familiarity in Hotwire, ViewComponent, and Tailwind CSS.
- Product-Minded Software Engineer with experience working in fast-moving startup environments — you care about why we're building something, not just how.
- Self-directed “manager of one” who enjoys owning problems, driving decisions, and seeing the real impact of your work.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm or Linköping, with a few days per week in our offices.
