We are actively looking for an Office Manager to join our UK Office in the heart of Soho. As the person in charge of our office environment and employee experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and well-functioning work environment that contributes to the overall productivity, efficiency, and happiness of the team.

You will be reporting in to our HR team and have a dotted line to our UK Country manager.

As we are in a heavy expansion phase currently, this role will be hugely varied which means a great opportunity for you to really make your mark and come up with your own initiatives, and have the support to see them come to life! 🌟

What will you be doing?

• Creating a great office environment which people want to be in
  
• Put together and update company policies, documentation and processes
  
• Manage our legal requirements such as Right to work checks and other workplace related topics
  
• Liaising with our suppliers, and finding new suppliers when necessary
  
• Coordinate and organise office activities and social events for our team
  
• Oversee stock of office supplies
  
• Manage deliveries and office mail
  
• Greet visitors at office
  
• Take responsibility for both onboarding & off-boarding processes including IT equipment and maintenance
  
• Manage orders and replacements of IT equipment devices.
  
• Liaising with our global HR team located in Stockholm on UK specific matters and for the right person there is opportunity to be part of global HR projects

We’d like to see from you: 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or from the service industry 
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
  
• Good communication and relationship skills
  
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• An eye for details that can make a difference to others
• Since the role is reporting in to our HR team we would like you to have an interest to develop within HR and/or Talent acquisition
