We’re looking to expand our Data Team with a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, drive data-driven decision-making and support global growth by empowering teams with valuable analytics

Your Role:

  • Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining BI dashboards tailored to various business needs
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization
  • Presenting data-driven insights to key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives

Your Skillset:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent business understanding and an ability to translate data into business insights
  • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • Experience in startup and scale-up environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple multicultural teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
