We are hiring a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis, support strategic decision-making, and partner with leaders across the business to drive growth and operational efficiency. This role reports to the CFO and will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy as we expand into new markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.

• Develop and maintain management reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.📈

• Lead business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, translating performance into clear recommendations and action plans.

• Produce insightful financial analysis and modelling to support major decisions, such as strategic initiatives, pricing, product investments, and go-to-market plans.📊

• Partner closely with Finance (Accounting, FP&A), Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to drive margin expansion and efficient capital allocation.

• Design and implement scalable FP&A processes, tools, and templates to support a high-growth organisation.💡

• Manage, mentor, and grow a small FP&A team; recruit for capability gaps and cultivate a high-performance culture.🌱

• Support the CFO in investor reporting, fundraising preparations, and scenario planning for strategic investments and M&A activity.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology companies.

• Demonstrable experience building and scaling financial planning processes and systems across multicountry operations.🌍

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and clear business outcomes.

• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and experience with BI/FP&A tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to both executives and external partners.📡

• Proven leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.🤝

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
