I have been in the TT fam, since 2018. And got to grow in both sales and as a leader in sales 🤠

I am responsible to coach our Sales Heroes that focus on the Swedish market the tools to grow in sales. Together our department focus on identifying prospects and start the sales process with the goal to inspire and help our contacts to develop their recruitment strategies and be more digitalize in this area. If we do our performance right, than the results of signed deals is obviously something we aim for 🎉

As a Leader I get inspired by people that goes above and beyond and focus on their performance instead of the results and with the people around them in mind.  I also live with the quote "Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood". Both as a leader, sales rep, Father and friend I try to guide me to ask more questions as most conflicts and stress comes from confusion and misunderstanding. ❤️

You will find me in Malmö, were I have lived most of my life together with my wife, and my daughter (soon Jan 2023 we will be 4 🙂). During my spare time between playing with lego and changing diapers i play badminton 🏸 and love a night of board games 🎲.
