During the past decade, Customer Success has become the “in–thing” and it will continue to be if you look at cultural trends, customer expectations, and the value it brings to companies.
At Teamtailor, the Customer Success team aims to help our users become more successful by getting the most out of their Teamtailor platform.
We take a proactive, data-led approach to help our users use our product more effectively and help them when they need us. This approach results in:

Who are Customer Success?

Customer Success Managers
We own the whole customer journey. We help customers get started, adapt to the platform, and continuously help customers achieve their goals and get the value of Teamtailor. We also handle renewals, contract negotiations, and own upsales & expansion sales.

Onboarding Specialists
We focus on making the onboarding and implementation as smooth as possible for our customers by project-leading customers through the onboarding phase. We also focus a lot on our digital journey with others from the Success Department on things such as webinars, recorded webinars, videos and Academy.

Digital Success
Our main purpose is to work with our customers digitally, to track and follow our customers' usage and trends, educate customers through targeted campaigns and pushes, host webinars, record videos, and maintain our Academy.
The Success also includes specialist teams
Our Success organisation also brings together a range of specialist teams, all working toward one shared goal: delivering long-term value and an exceptional experience for our customers.
Within Success, you’ll find expert teams such as Promote, Integration Operations, and Product Specialists each contributing with their unique expertise. From performance-driven social recruiting and seamless integrations to deep product knowledge and enablement, these teams strengthen every part of the customer journey.
Together, we combine strategic guidance, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our customers not only succeed but continue to grow with us.
