After bringing the Teamtailor ATS to 10,000 customers worldwide we are now ramping up our next big journey with our second product: Aboard!
At Teamtailor we’ve always been focused on enabling a great candidate experience, by building software that is personal, different, and kind. We want to help our customers extend that same care when candidates become employees. That’s where Aboard comes in, taking over when a candidate has been hired and enabling seamless onboarding and employee experience.
Aboard is still an early-stage product, built in Ruby on Rails by a small, experienced team of three developers and one designer. Now we’re looking for one more developer to help shape our next big product and how we build it.
We are looking for…
- An experienced full stack developer with very strong Ruby on Rails skills. Experience with Stimulus.js and Tailwind CSS is also a big plus.
- A Product-Minded Software Engineer with experience working in fast-moving startups.
- A self-motivated “manager of one” who enjoys being in the driver’s seat and seeing the impact of their work directly. A real Doer.
This is a hybrid remote role. We are only looking for candidates in Stockholm or Linköping, Sweden who enjoy working closely together with their colleagues from our great offices a few days per week.

We are now 300 people spread out across the world. From Sweden to the rest of Europe, and then across the seas to the USA, Canada and Latin America, and to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
