At Teamtailor we’ve always focused on creating an exceptional candidate experience, by building software that is personal, different, and kind. Now we’re helping companies extend that same care to their employees. Aboard picks up where hiring ends, enabling seamless onboarding and a joyful employee experience from day one.
Aboard is an early-stage product, built in Ruby on Rails by a small, experienced and highly collaborative team. We’re now growing the team and looking for more developers to help shape the product—and how we build it.
What we’re looking for…
- An experienced full stack developer with very strong Ruby on Rails skills. Experience with Stimulus.js and Tailwind CSS is a big plus.
- Product-Minded Software Engineer with experience working in fast-moving startup environments.
- A self-motivated “manager of one” who enjoys owning problems, driving decisions, and seeing the real impact of your work.
This is a hybrid-remote role. We’re looking for
candidates based in Stockholm or Linköping, who enjoy working closely
together with their colleagues from our great offices a few days per
week.
