Now, we are expanding with our first Customer Support Department and seeking a Swedish and English speaking Customer Support Agent based in Stockholm đ

Until now, everyone in the team has pitched in to help our customers via Intercom. But now we're ready to take the next step and bring in our first dedicated Support Agent. Thatâs where you come in.
In this role, you'll lay the foundation for how we work with support going forward. Youâll help our users in chat, write clear and helpful support articles, and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Manager to support webinars, trainings, and onboarding sessions.
As our first support hire, youâll play a key role in shaping the experience our users have after they become customers. At Teamtailor, weâre proud of our reputation for exceptional service â with an average response time of just 2 minutes and a CSAT score of 98%. That means we have a strong foundation and great inspiration to build on from our parent company, Teamtailor.

As a part of the role, you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various support channels, such as live chat (Intercom), email, and occasional outbound phone calls.
- Excel in solving technical problems and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with our skilled tech team to tackle even the most difficult cases.
- Advocate for customer feedback, ensuring it reaches our product development department for continuous improvement.
- Identify, verify, and report bugs to our tech team on behalf of our customers, and then keep them informed about the status of the solution.
- Create informative self-service materials to empower our customers further.
- Take the initiative to engage with customers, nurturing strong relationships and boosting overall satisfaction.
As the ideal candidate:
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English, effortlessly communicating with precision and clarity.
- Your customer support journey is extensive, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- An analytical mindset drives you, always seeking insights and embracing continuous learning.
- You have a strong passion for solving technical puzzles, adeptly troubleshooting issues, and feeling comfortable with cutting-edge technology.
- You thrive on delivering exceptional service and possess top-notch tech proficiency.
