Right now, we’re growing our Customer Support team and looking for a Swedish-speaking Support Agent based in our Stockholm HQ. 🎉

About the Role:
As a member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be the voice of Teamtailor, helping users and making sure they have a great experience every time they reach out. We're proud of our fast response times (average 2 minutes) and a 98% customer satisfaction score. 🤩
Your mission? Deliver exceptional support, solve real problems, and make sure our customers leave every interaction with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing:
💬 Provide friendly, fast support via live chat (Intercom), email, and occasionally by phone
🧩 Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate closely with our tech team to solve complex cases
📢 Gather and share customer feedback with our product team
🐛 Identify, verify, and report bugs - and keep customers in the loop
📚 Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)
🤝 Build strong relationships by being proactive and genuinely helpful
What We’re Looking For:
💬 You're fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
💡 You bring solid experience in customer support (bonus if it’s in SaaS)
🔍 You think analytically and enjoy learning new things
🧠 You’re a natural problem-solver who feels at home with tech
🌟 You take pride in delivering excellent service and making things easier for others
