Salesforce Solution Architect
Background
The CRM team consists of 3 specialists and currently support 350+ CRM Users, ranging from Marketing, Sales to Support and CSM. We act as both support enabler (making sure everyone can do their job effectively) and growth enabler (increase marketing conversion rates, pipeline generation, to name a few…). The commercial organisation is undergoing significant growth and we are therefore looking for a Solution Architect to support this commercial growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will play a critical role in (better) connecting the tech to the business, so that our CRM users are efficient and effective (support enabler) and improve efficiency throughout the whole business operation (growth enabler).
You will be successful in this role, when you:
- Have significant experience in translation commercial challenges into technical solutions (and then of course explaining solutions in a non-technical way!).
- Know what makes commercial departments tick (Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success).
- Know how to manage data going out and in of the Salesforce Ecosystem.
- Know Salesforce inside out - from Custom field to Apex trigger across multiple Clouds.
- Know how decisions in a quick growing scale-up are made and how to influence them.
- Can lead technical discussions and mentor team members within the CRM team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or other equivalent exact science studies
- 5+ years of relevant experience within the Salesforce industry
- B2B Solution Architect Certification or equivalent
- You understand Salesforce Governor Limits
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, automation tools (Flow, Apex Triggers), and API integrations.
- You can (with the help of GPTs) interpret, develop and maintain code within the Salesforce Platform (apex, soql, sosl)
- And yes, its 2025 - if you have touched Agentforce and implemented your first agents (with concrete measurable impact!) you have in instant vip pass.
