🇩🇪 We're now growing our Customer Support team and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent, based out of our Stockholm HQ. 🎉

About the Role:
You’ll be one of the friendly faces (and voices) of Teamtailor, making sure our users have a smooth, helpful experience every time they reach out. With fast response times and a 97%+ customer satisfaction rate, we’re proud of the support we provide, and we’d love for you to be a part of it. 🤩

What You’ll Be Doing:
💬 Chat with users via Intercom and email to answer questions and guide them
🧩 Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our tech team to resolve them
📢 Collect and share feedback to help improve our product
🐛 Report bugs and keep users updated
📚 Help build a great knowledge base (FAQs, articles, etc.)
🤝 Offer support that’s both efficient and human
What We’re Looking For:
💬 You speak German and English fluently, both written and spoken
🧠 You're curious, solution-oriented, and love learning new tools
✨ You’re a great communicator who enjoys helping others
💡 Maybe you’ve worked in support or customer service before, or maybe you’re just excited to start
📱 You’re comfortable with tech and not afraid to ask questions or dig in to figure things out
